Municipal Bond Financing

Dann Pecar Newman & Kleiman acts as bond counsel for all types of issues of tax-exempt and taxable debt of governmental entities, including general obligation, refunding, revenue bonds, utilities, lease/purchase financings, industrial development bonds, and tax anticipation time warrants. Members of the firm have also been involved in structuring projects to use public and private financing in combination to facilitate economic development.
