Mr. Wolf also has substantial experience in subsidized housing and the management and development of real estate.

Mr. Wolf has extensive experience in a wide range of financing transactions, having worked with and (at times) represented banks and other financial institutions, public and private borrowers, and both for-profit and not-for-profit entities. Mr. Wolf also has prepared debt and security instruments, and leases in a myriad of financing transactions and has a reputation for getting difficult matters closed.
