Mr. Waterfill is widely recognized in the field of employment law and also focuses on litigating commercial disputes.  Mr. Waterfill has handled first-chair responsibility in several complex litigation matters ranging from class-action overtime and age discrimination cases to securities fraud, breach of contract and federal racketeering matters.  Mr. Waterfill has litigated and successfully argued before the Indiana Court of Appeals on covenant not to compete and employment law issues.  Mr. Waterfill also frequently represents water and sewer utilities before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
