Mr. Moloy has extensive experience representing creditors and debtors in loan workouts and bankruptcy cases. Mr. Moloy has represented clients in many of the more complex Chapter 11 cases, including Wabash Valley, Cajun Electric, Qualitech, American Commercial Lines, CART and Amcast Automotive. Mr. Moloy has handled numerous appeals, including successful appeals at the Indiana Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit. Since 2004, Mr. Moloy has regularly represented the Champ Car World Series.
