Mr. Kress joined the firm in May of 1999. Mr. Kress' practice includes litigation and employment law. Mr. Kress has worked on numerous employment cases for various firm clients. Mr. Kress also assists clients in the implementation of practical solutions to avoid liability exposure from a multitude of employment laws and regulations. Mr. Kress is a frequent presenter at employment law seminars hosted by the Council on Education in Management. Mr. Kress represents numerous homeowner associations, assisting them in the drafting of covenants, by-laws as well as representing them in disputes with individual homeowners. Mr. Kress completed an internship with the District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
